Our Trajectory
In 2017, LATTITUDE was born—a crew of seasoned execs obsessed with tech, innovation, and that raw LatAm entrepreneurial grit. Driven by the massive, vibrant potential of our region, they spent 8 years putting Latin America on the map for anyone looking to scale.
The play was straightforward: provide specialized mentorship to startups to fast-track their entry into the region.

After 8 years of advising startups at LATTITUDE and over two decades in tech leadership roles, our Founder Javier Ortiz, hit on a new vision:

Throughout his career in C-suite and strategic roles, Javier has built a network of benchmark leaders in the LatAm business scene. Now, these leaders have joined him as "Escuderos" (Strategy Squires)—putting their skills and "battle scars" at the service of those who are actually moving the needle in developing economies.
